| ECO produces systems for preparation by dipping or spraying. Depending on used chemicals sheat can be made of mild steel, stainless steel or polypropilen. Solution heating is done by heat exchangers or immersed pipe heaters. Automatic dosing of chemicals and automatic chemical solution analysis is provided for assureing high quality surface of parts. | |
Solution bath cleaning and work age extension is done with incorporation of oil separator and sludge separator device. ECO can design and produce system for treatment of waste waters from chemical preparation or device for preparation of demineralised water. ECO control panels with PLC controlers provides full process automatization and top quality of treated parts. |

| Parts are treated by spraying with solutions in zones with pressure of 1,5 until 2 bar. Each zone is separated by merge partition and on proper distance without solution separation or aolution and rinse water separation. Water and solution recirculation is done with pumps over pipe rings with noozles. Adjustable noozles for solution spraying assures easy spray direction. Solution steam are blown out with exhaust system which can be with air fiters if air is contaminated. |

for bath chemical preparation consist of: — baths for solution or water with thermal insulation if solution is heating, heating section, exhaust system, — crane for transport of parts from one bath to another and — comand unit. By dipping parts into solution degreaseing, cleaning, rinsing or conversive coating can be provided. |
