LAYOUT of Powder Coating plant





Horizontal COMPACT system for powder coating on parts 8m long:

— Floor space needed is 10 x 22m (height 3.5m)
— "Power & Free" conveyor is used with accumulation on load and unload section and in the oven.
— Oven is much smaller and energy efficient.
— Powder coating is done in automatic powder booth.
— Picture shows plant with multi-cyclones and filter section for powder recycling.



Vertical COMPACT system for powder coating on parts 8m long:

— Floor space needed is 12 x 15m (height 5m).
 — Parts do not move in the load and unload section.
— Tact overhead conveyor is used.
— Oven is above loading section.
— Powder coating is done by moveing the powder booth across the parts together with section for powder recycling.
— Picture shows plant with filters in the floor of the powder booth.
