ECO Powder coating systems provide durability of powder coating for every application and superb end quality. Excellent uniformity is made with elimination of all surface irregularities. Based on customers demans we can deliver powder coating with epoxy, polyester or hybrid type of powder material. Systems are designed to protect parts who pass all industry test for surface protection (salt chamber, humidity chamber etc.). Modular powder booths, air conditioned rooms for powder application and storage, gun placement and proper ventilation ensure efficient powder deposition during "first pass".

| Powder recycling systems can be with DUO-CYCLON which gives 98% powder recovery ; compareing with mono-cyclon DUO-CYCLON saves space, gives higher degree of recycling, and in comparation with multi-cyclon provides easy cleaning during color change. FILTER section with cartridges for complete separation of powder from exhaust air. Cartridges are automaticly cleaned during process. VANTILATOR section with exhaust fan, noise silencer and final filter. | |
