Plants for bio treatment of municipal and tech water
CASS SBR reactors

Shown technological solution provides complete process of municipal waste water treatment with minimal expences, without chemicals and with phase building possibility. With given technological solution - sludge (from sand filter washing) treatment is also provided with possibility for usage of sludge as fertilizer.
In case when water from plants is effused in small water courses UV disinfection device is added for biologicaly clean water.
Space for equipment placement is extensively smaller then space needed for conventional plants. Process is fully automatic.

Advantage of CASSTM device for municipal waste wate treatment

Conventional plants are made of 3 or more tanks and have lot of equipment that needs maintenance and use lot of energy, space and time.

CASS reactors, smallest SBR reactors in the world need less but offer much more

Plant is adjusted to load and it can start with only 10% of nominal capacity.

Moduls can be covered for protection from weather conditions

We don't need chemicals for work of CASS device.

Plant is resistant on oils and grease.
Overflow in water stream is stoped by specially constructed patented decanter.

It is possible to get much better results than on other devices...

BPK5 less than 10mgO2/l
unmelted less than 10mg/l
N-NH3 less than 1mg/l
N overall less than 5mg/l
overall phosphorous less than 0,5mg/l

Control is simple with PLC control panel.

Labour and maintenance cost are minimal.

System is working on more than 200 plants all arround the world
in every weather conditions.

There is over 200 CASSTM plants built in all over the world - from smallest one with 200 PE built in in the middle of child playground in Walnut, Penslivania, USA (down left), until bigges so far wich is released 1999th year with capacity of 500.000 PE in Bangkok with possible increase to 1000000 PE until 2020th year (down right).
